Planning for a trip? You can keep your exercise plan on track with a little preparation:

  • Take your sneakers or walking shoes and other exercise clothing.
  • If staying at a hotel, choose a hotel that has a workout room or a pool.
  • If traveling by car, take frequent breaks to stretch or walk.
