Be Active to Help Prevent Stroke!

Did you know exercising regularly can help prevent a stroke? You can start taking steps to make physical activity part of your everyday life and lower your risk of having a stroke.

Some risk factors for stroke, like age, race, and family history, can’t be controlled. However, exercise is one example of something you can do. Read more about other ways you can lower your risk of having a stroke like quitting smoking and eating healthy foods.
