Traveling for the holidays? You CAN stick with your exercise routine!
If you’re traveling for the holidays this year, you CAN stick with your exercise routine with a little planning:
- If you’re driving to your destination, take frequent breaks at rest stops. You can take a brisk walk or get out and stretch. You’ll feel better and stay more alert while driving, too!
- If you’re flying, walk around the airport while you wait for your flight.
