Take 20 minutes out of your day today to exercise with this quick workout video from Go4Life. Follow along as the instructor guides you through a warm up; strength, flexibility and balance exercises; and a cool down. All you’ll need is a stable chair, a towel, and some light hand weights. If you don’t have hand weights, try using filled water bottles.
