It’s time to take it up a notch!

Do you exercise regularly? If so, you’ll be able to tell when it’s time to make your activities more challenging. You may be ready if:

  • You have more energy after your workout.
  • Climbing a couple of flights of stairs is getting easier.
  • It’s easier to get in and out of your car.
  • You have less pain when you move around.
