REGISTER HERE CONFERENCE AGENDA

Hosted by the Smith Alzheimer’s Center at SIU Medicine, this annual conference provides the latest information on caring for family, friends or others with early-stage memory loss.

Join us on Thursday, March 9 at the Memorial Learning Center in Springfield. This conference is open to those in the community while space is still available.

There is no cost to register, but advanced registration is required to attend – registration can be completed through the link provided above.

This year’s theme is a Roadmap for Brain Health. We know that dementia and memory loss is a journey that is encompassing, and we want to provide caregivers and loved ones of those with dementia the resources and tools to help navigate that path. Attendees will have a chance to hear from medical professionals from the Smith Alzheimer’s Center, department leaders at SIU Medicine and Memorial Health, as well as other caregivers.
