How to Eat Healthy on a Budget

Healthy food doesn’t have to be expensive. There are ways to save money on healthy food while staying within your budget. Consider these strategies:

  • Ask your grocery store if they offer senior discounts or loyalty discount cards.
  • Use coupons when possible, but only if they are for something you would buy anyway.
  • Buy store-brand products instead of more expensive brand-name products.
  • Purchase certain foods in bulk.
