NIA’s Exercise Guide is Now Available in Spanish!

NIA’s new exercise guide in Spanish can help you learn about the benefits of exercise and physical activity as you age.

 Whether you’re just starting out, getting back to exercising after a break, or are fit enough to run a three-mile race, this guide is for everyone, including those who live with a disability or chronic health condition.

This guide can help you learn about:

  • Safe ways to stay active
  • How to stay on track
