NIA’s new exercise guide in Spanish can help you learn about the benefits of exercise and physical activity as you age.

 Whether you’re just starting out, getting back to exercising after a break, or are fit enough to run a three-mile race, this guide is for everyone, including those who live with a disability or chronic health condition.
