Take 15 minutes out of your day to exercise with this quick workout video from Go4Life. Follow along as the instructor guides you through a warm up; strength, balance, and flexibility exercises; and a cool down. All you’ll need is a stable chair, a towel, some light hand weights, and a tennis ball.
Tip: If you don’t have hand weights, try using filled water bottles.
