How the Chinese American Service League is Supporting Families with Dementia

The Chinese American Service League (CASL) is one of the only non-profit social service organizations selected to partner in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model. The GUIDE Model helps to provide comprehensive, coordinated dementia care in collaboration with world-renowned medical institutions. These services help improve quality of life for people living with dementia, ease the burden on family caregivers, and help individuals remain in their homes and communities.

Read more about how CASL is working to meet the needs of older adults and families across all stages of aging here.
