Discover Dementia Care Options

People with dementia will need more care as their symptoms worsen. Services, resources, and support systems are available based on the level of support or care you may need. This can include:

  • Day-to-day support. Day-to-day support includes supervision, meals delivered to the home, and transportation.
  • Long-term care at home. Home care services include bathing, dressing, and eating. Home health services involve medical professionals.
  • Residential care. Continuing care facilities provide living accommodations and health services. Residents can move between levels of care.
  • Hospice services. People can receive hospice care at home, in a hospital, in a hospice facility, or in a residential facility.
