Cooking Our Way: A Cookbook by and for People Living with Dementia is Now Available for Download

Cooking can provide a meaningful and therapeutic experience for people living with dementia. A new cookbook, Cooking Our Way: A Cookbook by and for People Living with Dementia, developed in partnership by the Dementia Action Alliance, the Southern Maine Agency on Aging, McArthur Library and the National Council of Dementia Minds, is now available for download!

The cookbook includes stories and testimonials, delicious recipes, resources and numerous tips and tricks on how to make cooking safer, easier and more fun for people living with dementia.
