IDPH Releases New Funding Opportunity

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), just released a new funding opportunity entitled the “Dementia Early Planning Workshop Series for Diverse Populations.”  Applications are due July 12, 2023. 

There are four award options ($50-60k each) for a total of $220k.  This is a FY24 project with consideration to renew for 2 additional years.  Please see further details in the Catalog of State Financial Assistance (CSFA (illinois.gov)). Organizations equipped to reach and serve the diverse populations identified in the Notice of Funding are highly encouraged to apply.
