Mental Health America (MHA)’s 2022 Annual Conference, “Forward Together: Recovery, Healing, Hope” will be held June 9-11, 2022, with affiliate Pre-Conference Day on June 8.

Like last year, the event will be presented in a hybrid format consisting of an in-person* event in Washington, DC, and a live-streamed virtual event for remote attendees. This will allow access for thousands of supporters, affiliates, peers, government officials, media, and key stakeholders across the globe. This year’s event will feature closed captioning in English and Spanish.

“Forward Together: Recovery, Healing, Hope”

COVID-19 has had, and continues to have, a profound negative impact on the mental health of the nation, unequally affecting many Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC). This year, we will come together to talk about recovery – both individual and collective – and ways to move forward together.

The conference will cover identifying and responding to equity in mental health, coping with pandemic trauma and recovery, crisis response, storytelling, rest and self-care, and alignment for future actions in mental health. It is sure to leave you feeling encouraged and inspired.
