Physical Activity Can Prevent Movement Issues

Mobility — the ability to move or walk freely and easily — is key for functioning well and living independently. With increased mobility, older adults can more safely perform daily activities. Research suggests that exercise and physical activity may support mobility as we age and prevent mobility problems. Let these findings be a motivator to get moving!
