Tips for Coping with Breaks in Your Exercise Routine

It is normal for life events, including major upheavals like the COVID-19 pandemic, and changes to your routine to get in the way of staying active. However, there are ways to get yourself back on track.

Or if a change in your health keeps you out of action for a few weeks, wait until you feel better before slowly starting to build up to your previous level of activity.

Remember — to get the most out of exercise and physical activity, they need to be a regular part of your life.
