Exercising with Chronic Conditions

Do you have a chronic condition, such as arthritis, heart disease, high blood pressure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, or chronic pain?

Did you know that most people with chronic conditions can still exercise? Explore ways to stay physically active with chronic conditions. Being physically active may even help with chronic condition symptoms.

To make sure you exercise safely, talk with your doctor about how your health condition might affect your ability to be active.
