Share for Dementia

Are you or someone in your family living with dementia? SHARE for Dementia can help. SHARE is a free, five-session research-based program with results proven to help families living with dementia. There’s an optional sixth family session available.

SHARE is specially designed to help the person in the earlier stages of dementia and the care partner deal with the challenges of the disease. Participants meet privately with a social worker to better understand the condition, communicate, take good care of themselves, enjoy their lives and create a customized plan for the future.

To get connected with a SHARE for Dementia counselor for a pre-screening interview, please call the Department of Social Work and Community Health at (800) 757-0202.
