Please join us on Monday, July 8, for the second installment of our Conversations on Brain Health Summer Series: Nutrition and the MIND Diet, Live Demonstration Cooking Series.  

Lifestyle modifications such as exercise and diet can have a profound effect on the course of your condition, as well as how you feel on a day-to-day basis. But, it’s not always easy to make necessary changes to your diet or exercise routine.  

This free, virtual series will give you some tips to cook and eat in a way that supports your overall brain health.
