Can I Volunteer for a Clinical Trial?

By participating in clinical research, you can help scientists discover new ways to diagnose, treat, and even prevent Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Volunteers are needed from different communities and backgrounds to ensure that prevention strategies and treatments help as many people as possible. Scientists need a range of people to participate, including:

  • People from a range of backgrounds, genders, races, ethnicities, and life experiences
  • People without memory loss or dementia
  • Caregivers for those with dementia
  • Younger and older individuals

Being a part of a clinical trial gives you the unique opportunity to contribute to scientific discovery. Learn more about clinical trials and who can participate.
