RUSH Alzheimer’s Disease Center, RUSH’s Center of Excellence in HIV and Aging (CEDHA), and UIC’s Community Outreach and Intervention Program (COIP), are excited to announce their 8th Annual Englewood Community Health Fair, Healthier You, Healthier Us, on Friday, August 18, from 11am – 2pm. The event will be held at the West Englewood Library, 1725 W. 63rd Street, Chicago, IL. The health fair will offer free school physicals, health screenings, vaccinations, health information, school supplies and more!
