Funding Opportunity:
Due to an insufficient number of applications, IDPH has extended itsfunding opportunity entitled the “Dementia Early Planning Workshop Series for Diverse Populations.” Applications are now due August 28, 2023. There are 4 award options ($50-60 each) for a total of $220k. This is a FY24 project with consideration to renew for 2 additional years.
