Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center Sponsors Caregiver Workshop: “Resiliency and Coping Strategies for Dementia Caregivers”

Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease can be all-consuming, especially as tasks and responsibilities continue to change and become more involved as the disease progresses. It is crucial that caregivers find the right balance between caring for their loved one and caring for themselves.

Join Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center’s Community Engagement Coordinator, Michael Pessman and Dr. Ajay Sood as they share stress-relieving strategies to help caregivers cope. There will be a Q&A session immediately following the presentation.

To pre-register, call Arlington Heights Senior Center at: (847) 253-5532.
