What do you like about Dementia Friends?
I enjoy having the opportunity to give presentations to local businesses, police, and fire departments. Providing education and resources within our community is so important. Dementia touches nearly everyone in some way, and raising awareness helps people understand that they are not alone and that support and help are available.
