Healthy People 2020 National Snapshots for Dementias including Alzheimer’s (DIA)

Healthy People 2020 added national public health measures concerning dementia for the first time.  Recently, a national snapshot was created to document the current state of achieving the national public health goals regarding awareness of a dementia diagnosis and preventable hospitalizations in persons with a dementia.  The figures can be found on the Health People 2020 website under National Snapshots.
