Tip Sheet: Participating in Activities You Enjoy As You Age

As you grow older, you may spend more time at home alone. Being lonely or socially isolated is not good for your overall health. If you find yourself spending a lot of time alone, try participating in activities you find meaningful — those that create a sense of purpose in your daily life.
